Bill was admitted as a partner in 1979. His expertise is in tax with a heavy individual income tax practice. He also has strong expertise in estate planning both pre- and post-death. Bill holds a Juris Doctorate from Humphreys College and is a member of the State Bar of California. He is also a member of both the AICPA and the California Society of CPAs.
